Made-to-Order Items:
Every product is meticulously crafted as a “made-to-order” item tailored exclusively for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders.
Order Modifications/Cancellations:
Any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from order placement. Swift communication is crucial; reach out to us promptly at support@bergenandbedford.com.
Transit Damage Assistance:
In the rare instance of damage during transit, promptly send detailed photos, including packaging shots, to support@bergenandbedford.com. A “Damage Review” will be conducted to determine the course of action.
Damage Review Terms:
To request a Damage Review, you agree to:
- Submit clear .jpeg or .png format photos within 72 hours of delivery.
- Document the damage immediately upon receipt before installation.
- Allow a minimum of five (5) business days for the Damage Review.
- Bergen & Bedford may choose to replace or repair the damaged product at its discretion.
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
