Free Shipping on US Orders:
We offer free shipping on all US orders. Additional rates apply for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, and the exact cost will be calculated and emailed to you after order placement.
Production and Transit Time:
Typical production time is 2-5 days. Transit time varies and can take up to 1-5 days once shipped.
Note: Various factors, such as weather and sorting delays, can affect actual delivery time.
Quality Assurance:
We take pride in our work. If a flaw is discovered before shipping, our lab will re-print. This may cause a slight delay, and we’ll notify you if it occurs.
Shipping Notifications:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to access your order details and tracking information, if available. Orders from our partner lab may not always have tracking information.
Expedited Shipping:
2 Day Express & Overnight options are available for an extra cost. After placing your order, send a shipping method request to support@bergenandbedford.
International Orders:
International orders have an additional cost, calculated post-order placement. We’ll contact you for approval, excluding customs fees or VAT. Recipients are responsible for duty fees or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Tracking for International Shipments:
For USPS shipments, tracking may only be available until the final US stop. UPS shipments generally have ongoing tracking. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks, with potential delays due to customs or COVID protocols.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and FPOs:
Additional U.S. rates apply unless size or weight restrictions exist.
